Join us in a “cook-a-long” event where we learn how to prepare an amazing wild rice stuffed squash meal! Leader of the class, Dan Cahill-Mathews, co-owns and operates the Baptism River Barbecue Company with his wife. They pride themselves on a menu sourced from locally produced animals, produce and hardwoods.
Free meal kits containing ingredients sourced from local farms will be available for pick up at the Clair Nelson Community Center in Finland, MN beginning Monday October 25th.
Will we be able to watch the virtual cooking class online at a later time?
Yes! The event will be recorded and posted on our website under the “Education” and “Media” tab.
